What’s the next best thing to being at a gig? Having a permanent memento of that gig in the form of a live recording that actually doesn’t suck! Recorded to multi-tracks at the legendary Smiling Buddha Caberet in Vancouver, Canada back in 2018, five of the best songs were professionally mixed and mastered for this EP.
The Smiling Buddha Caberet was a stop for nearly every punk band in the late 70s and early 80s that rolled through Vancouver, so there is an iconic status to this venue and that energy has been captured on this recording. No Heart’s aggressive yet melodic sound which is driven by raw guitars, thundering drums and rolling bass is on point and for anyone that has not had the chance to see this band, this is a true representation and worth checking out.
