SHIPPING OPTIONS - ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE US

We process all US orders in 1-2 business days. We offer both USPS and FedEx shipping options including Media Mail on all applicable orders. All shipping rates are calculated directly by USPS and FedEx and also include a small handling fee. Please note FedEx does NOT ship to PO boxes.

SHIPPING OPTIONS - ORDERS SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Shipping outside the US may take an additional 7-14 business days.

In certain European countries, we offer a flat rate (varying upon location) plus an additional percentage and handling called "European Ground Shipping." For orders marked as "European Ground Shipping" there will be no additional customs fees or duties due on your order. We suggest using this method for orders containing no more than a few records. All orders to Europe, Asia, and Australia are automatically insured up to a value of $100 which is included in the shipping charge.

In the event you urgently need an order, we offer FedEx International shipping options that will originate from PPHQ (USA). Not all merchandise and clothing is stocked in our European distribution center. If you are ordering clothing and merchandise to ship to Europe, and select "European Ground Shipping" it may take up to two weeks to ship. Shipping FedEx means the order will be processed and shipped from PPHQ (USA) in 1-2 business days. We suggest larger orders use the FedEx option, as it will allow for your order to be received faster.

WILL THERE BE TAXES OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER? (US ORDERS)

No, there will be no additional taxes or duties on any US orders.

For orders where you select “European Ground Shipping” there will be no additional customs fees or duties due on your order.

WHEN FEDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS WORK OUT THE BEST

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged order. We also ask for photos or videos of the damaged or defective product in order to best handle the situation.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR COMBINE TWO ORDERS?

In most instances, we cannot change or combine an order with another after it has been placed. However, we will try to accommodate as best as we can. Please contact us regarding changing or combining your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is fulfilled by our shipping team, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If for some reason your email does not have a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number.

I LOST MY TRACKING, CAN YOU SEND IT AGAIN?

Absolutely! Please email webstore@piratespress.com with your order number and we will re-send you your tracking number.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

We will turn your order around as quickly as possible. The shipping estimates are not guaranteed and we cannot guarantee an exact date that your order will arrive. International orders are subject to arriving an additional 7-14 business days later than the estimated date of delivery. Please note that if you order a pre-order item with other items, we will not ship your order until the pre-order item is to be shipped.

We ask that you email us only if it has been over 4 weeks since placing your order, unless it is a pre-order. In the event you believe a package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. When you email us, you must include the date you placed order, your order number, your name, your address, and a description of what you ordered. Not including this information will delay a response from us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All returns (and non-shipping related refunds) are handled on a strict case-by-case basis.
