In 2001, San Francisco’s street survivors returned with Crappy Clubs And Smelly Pubs, the follow-up to their 1999 debut album! After two hard years in the trenches playing gigs with the likes of DROPKICK MURPHYS, SWINGIN’ UTTERS, COCK SPARRER, PETER & TEST TUBE BABIES and the ANGELIC UPSTARTS, the boys returned to the studio to give everyone a taste of their authentic, pub-punk, street rock n’ roll sound. REDUCERS S.F. combined the pre-punk stomp of pub rock and boot-boy glam and the anger and intensity of COCK SPARRER, CHELSEA and STIFF LITTLE FINGERS to create a unique sound that earned this band an international cult following. The songs collected on Crappy Clubs And Smelly Pubs marked their crowning achievement to date. Produced by Steve Burgess, bassist and songwriter of COCK SPARRER, this album showcased the band reaching new heights. The past has proven that REDUCERS S.F. stand in a class of their own in the worldwide street punk scene. Crappy Clubs And Smelly Pubs continues to serve as a timeless piece of SF punk history, and continues to drive this point home with new and old punks and skins alike! Remastered and reissued by Pirates Press Records digitally and on colored vinyl, this album deservedly stands the test of time and continue to make its mark in the Bay and beyond.
This release includes a digital download card.
